Los cambios son únicamente si el traje de baño tiene defecto de fábrica.

POLITICA DE RETORNO

El cambio se realiza únicamente si el trae de baño tiene defecto de fábrica y se tienen 5 a 7 días para efectuar el cambio, si pasan de los 7 días no se podrá realizar el cambio deseado.

Para que el producto sea candidato a cambios, NO tiene que estar:

  • Usado.
  • manchado.
  • maltratado.
  • Con mal olor

Y tiene que tener las etiquetas puestas y ser enviado con el empaque original.

Muchos tipos de objetos están exentos de poder ser cambiados o devueltos.

Algunas de las cosas que no aceptamos cambios y/o devoluciones son:

  • Collares
  • Tote bags
  • Productos de cuidado personal.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 or 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Rembolsos / Refunds

No existen reembolsos salvo que el producto por el que se cambie sea de menor precio, en caso de ser de mayor precio se tendrá que pagar la cantidad faltante.

 

Cambio de producto / Exchanges

Solo reemplazamos el producto si viene dañado o con defecto de fábrica.

Si necesitas cambiarlo por un producto igual, mándanos un correo a ventas@aquabella.mx con foto del producto dañado.

 

Una vez que el producto haya sido recibido e inspeccionado, te mandaremos un correo para notificarte que lo hemos recibido. También te notificaremos sobre si el cambio es aprobada o rechazado. Si fue aprobado te enviaremos el producto a la dirección de tu preferencia.

Si es aprovado, tu cambio será realizado a la brevedad y se te notificará el proceso y la diferencia monetaria será devuelva solo si el costo del producto es menor  al anterior, si el precio es mayor se cobrará la cantidad faltante, si el precio es igual no se procesará ninguna devolución monetaria.

Late or missing refunds

Si no has recibido el cambio, favor de revisarlo con la paquetería que se te indicará para el cambio.

Sale items

Solo en productos con precio normal podrán ser cambiados. Productos en oferta no se acepta cambio o devolución.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
